The Future Begins Here

-Our mission is to help individuals with cognitive disabilities live a better life, and our vision is for them to live more independently.

-Our values are loyalty, professionalism, responsibility, and persistence.

-Angel House follows the concept of social education. The main teaching content is to improve general ability, social function, and intelligence.

-General ability refers to basic abilities necessary to carry out various activities, including executive decision-making, coordination, follow-up, concentration, control, initiative, etc.

-Social function has 6 facets:

Home safety and self-care,

social activities and behavioral norms,

language application and interpersonal communication,

emotional control and social emotions,

self-awareness and social roles,

logical thinking, and social cognition.

-Intelligence development includes language, mathematics, common sense thinking, and more.

-The overall rehabilitation goal of our teaching is 3 leveled:

-The primary rehabilitation goal is self-care in family life,

the second is social life self-care,

and the ultimate rehabilitation goal is social life self-reliance.

-We divide students into different classes according to their age and abilities and carry out teaching activities to meet the individual needs of each child.

-For children with autism spectrum disorders, our focus of teaching is based on life perception to enable our students to apply what they’ve learned. Students apply language, mathematics, common sense, and other training with social adaptation, and are given opportunities to apply what they’ve learned in actual social situations.

We constantly work to improve our students’ ability to integrate socially with others. It’s key to good family and other social relationships.

We strive to have our students be self-reliant and achieve independent employment with the support of national policies.

-For middle-school aged students on the autism spectrum, our focus is to improve their ability to do things on their own and live more independently.

By teaching them practical skills such as making lunch and mixing cold dishes, they can continually improve their self-care skills and ability to work with others.

-For those at the higher end of the spectrum, we train and cultivate entrepreneurship and employability and expand their social integrative abilities by offering simulated employment projects such as nougat, handmade soap, and dried fruit production.

After years of exploration and practice, we’ve seen how social education effectively changes lives. We are confident we can help more families and children with cognitive disabilities.

We are going to recruit new students in the new semester. If you want your child to learn more self-care skills and social adaptability, if you want your child to grow and improve in real life, welcome to Angel House to observe and learn!
